From your first inquiry to the moment your gallery lands in your inbox, we want this to feel easy. You are here to enjoy Jackson Hole with the people you love. We are here to make sure you have something beautiful to remember it by.
Every session begins with a simple inquiry about your visit and what you are hoping to create. Once your date is confirmed and your retainer is received, we send over your Client Portrait Guide covering location options, wardrobe guidance, frequently asked questions, and everything else you need to feel prepared. As your date approaches, we will be in touch to confirm the details. Sessions are scheduled between 4 and 7:45 PM to make the most of the evening light in the Grand Tetons, though we do our best to work around existing reservations and travel plans.
From genuine smiles to the candid moments in between, Jackson Hole family portraits are about capturing how your family actually feels together, not just how they look. Whether you are a family of three or a group of twenty, we create images in the Grand Tetons that reflect the real, meaningful moments that make this season of life worth remembering.
Grand Teton National Park is one of the most breathtaking places in the world to be photographed as a couple. Whether you are celebrating an anniversary, a milestone, or simply want to mark this chapter of your relationship in a place this beautiful, a couples session with a Jackson Hole photographer is an experience you will not forget.
Planning a proposal in Jackson Hole? We will be there, discreet and ready, to capture the moment it all changes. Every detail of your Grand Teton proposal is coordinated in advance so that when the moment comes, it unfolds exactly as you imagined and is preserved exactly as it happened.
There is something extraordinary about celebrating new life against a landscape this vast and beautiful. Whether you are a Jackson Hole local or visiting during your pregnancy, a Grand Teton
maternity session is a celebration of this season of life that you will carry with you long after it passes.
Reunions, milestone birthdays, holiday gatherings: some moments are worth bringing everyone together for. We specialize in Jackson Hole extended family portraits, photographing large groups with care and intention so that even with a crowd, the session feels relaxed and the portraits feel personal.

June through October and January through March tend to offer the most reliable conditions for portraits, though every season in Jackson Hole has its own beauty. The shoulder seasons, April through May and parts of November, can be wetter and muddier, which is worth keeping in mind if you have flexibility in your travel dates. Even in the quieter months, the Tetons remain genuinely stunning, so there is rarely a wrong time to plan a session here.
Sessions are scheduled between 4 and 7:45 PM to take advantage of the soft, warm light the Grand Tetons are known for. This timing works beautifully for families, couples, and maternity sessions alike. As your date approaches we will confirm your exact start time based on the light and your existing plans.
After booking, you will receive your Client Portrait Guide which includes curated Jackson Hole and Grand Teton location options suited to your session type and group size. You choose the setting that feels right for you. Prefer to photograph at your own property, vacation rental, or private residence? That works too. Our goal is always to find the location that serves your portraits best.
Jackson Hole weather can be unpredictable, and we understand how stressful that can feel when you have planned your session around a specific day. If weather makes photography impractical, we will work with you to reschedule to the next available date that fits your visit. Overcast days actually produce beautiful, soft light that photographs exceptionally well, and a little drama in the sky can make for some of the most stunning Grand Teton portraits. We will always communicate with you in advance and make the best decision together.
Portrait sessions start at $800. Full pricing for all session lengths and what is included in each is available above. We also offer a shorter Petite Session and custom options for larger groups.
Summer and fall dates fill well in advance, often months ahead of the season. We recommend reaching out as soon as your travel dates are confirmed, especially if you are visiting between June and October. Winter and spring typically have more availability, though earlier is always better regardless of the season.
Yes, wardrobe guidance is included with every session through your Client Portrait Guide. Before your appointment you will receive color palette recommendations, styling suggestions, and practical advice for what photographs well in the Teton landscape. Our goal is for everyone in your group to feel confident and cohesive when they arrive.
A retainer is collected at the time of booking to secure your date, with the remaining balance due the week before your session. Retainers are non refundable but fully transferable to a new date. The final payment is refundable up to one week before your session. Mountain weather can move quickly here, and often a shift in start time is all that is needed to capture beautiful light. If conditions truly do not allow for photography, we will work with you to reschedule to the next available date that fits your visit.
